Welcome Equipment Suppliers, Program Distributors and Sponsors to the 2019 Spring Conference sponsored by WCM and the Midwest Region of the Alliance for Community Media!

Exhibitor Registration Fee: $295 plus a raffle prize valued at $100 retail
Print promotion deadline: To see your logo in our printed and mailed promotional brochure, register and pay by Wednesday, March 13, 2019.
Exhibitor Registration deadline: We welcome you to register to exhibit until about 10 days before the conference.

Exhibit Hours: 11 am – 6:30 pm Thursday;
9:00 - Noon Friday.
Exhibitors Reception: 5 – 6:30 pm Thursday just before the Media Fest Banquet and Show
Exhibitors Raffle: During the Friday Lunch, exhibitors give away items at a retail value of $100. (Attendees must be present to win!)
Silent Auction: A Silent Auction will be held to benefit ACM Midwest and WCM. If you would like to participate, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The annual Wisconsin Community Media / Alliance for Community Media - Midwest Region Spring Conference is the best way to meet community media professionals from across the Midwest! Every year, equipment retailers and manufacturers, program providers, and other businesses who serve the needs of community media centers exhibit at the conference and sponsor the conference.
The conference attracts city employees who are managing cable access channels, city websites, and/or social media outlets, teachers who are providing video production training to high school and college students, and nonprofit community access television staff, who train the public in the use of media. Low power FM radio station managers and producers also come to the conference. Typically a quarter of attendees are from out of state.
Role of Exhibitors
Fair - The Exhibitors Fair is open throughout the conference and is held in the ballroom used for our general gatherings, so you are always where the action is! Time between each workshop is 15 minutes, giving attendees time throughout the day to visit with exhibitors.
Exhibitors Reception - We hold an hour and a half special Exhibitors Reception just prior to the start of our Media Fest Banquet and Show on Thursday. At this popular event, our Exhibitors are front and center. You'll meet award-winning video and radio producers while they enjoy complimentary snacks, beer, and soda.
Workshop Participants - Exhibitors also have a great opportunity to be a part of our slate of workshops. Let us know ASAP if you have a topic idea. The Conference Program Committee meets to set the topics in December and early January and develops a speakers list into March. We often draw from Exhibitors for Speakers.
Attendees select from two workshop tracks and learn about video production, cable system engineering, cable access management, social media, marketing, legal and regulatory issues, and LPFM radio.
Meal sponsorships are open to Exhibitors and Non-Exhibitors. Meal sponsor names are noted in all our print materials and announced during the sponsored meal. We also feature our sponsor’s promotional signs and distribute our sponsor’s materials to meal attendees. If you are also in attendance as an Exhibitor, your sponsorship entitles you to speak up to five minutes to the group at that meal.
We accept more than one company's sponsorship for each meal.
Sponsor the Thursday Opening Luncheon ($100). Approximately 85 attendees.
Sponsor the Thursday Media Fest Banquet ($125). Approximately 115 attendees.
Sponsor the Friday Breakfast ($50). Approximately 60 attendees.

TABLES - Skirted table charges are included in your registration. Exhibits are located in the same hall that all meals and general sessions are held.
ELECTRICITY & INTERNET ACCESS - Included. WiFi is available hotel-wide.
TWO MEALS FREE: Pick from Thursday lunch, Friday breakfast, or Friday lunch. You may elect to include the Banquet in your two meals for $20. Additional meals can be ordered at our cost.
YOUR LOGO PRINTED in all our printed promotional materials -- our mailed brochure, the Video Fest program, and a one-piece vendor promo sheet in conference attendee folders. Deadline to appear in our mailed brochure is Wednesday March 13, 2019.

UP TO DATE CONTACT INFO for all WCM member centers and conference attendees.
EXHIBITORS RECEPTION: Open to all conference and banquet attendees. This hour and a half featured event is held just before the banquet begins in the Exhibit Room. Attendees enjoy free soda, beer, and appetizers.
PROPOSE A WORKSHOP IDEA OR SPEAK AT A WORKSHOP. If you have an idea for a workshop, please contact Mary in December or no later than the second week of January to have input into the conference program. We often integrate exhibitors into our workshops and you may get a call in January or February with an invitation to speak.
GIVE AWAY YOUR RAFFLE PRIZE to a lucky winner at Friday's closing luncheon (or we'll do it for you).
