Sun Prairie Media Center Production Manager. **This is a Limited Term Position lasting approximately 4-5 months.** This position is responsible for ensuring that the entities of the Sun Prairie Media Center (KIDS4, KSUN, sunprairiemediacenter.com, and 103.5 FM The Sun Community Radio) have informative and entertaining programming of local origin/ interest, prepared by and for members of the Sun Prairie community. The SPMC Production Manager trains and supervises volunteers, including KIDS4 students, on using equipment and developing relevant local programming to be presented on local community media outlets. Overview:
City of Waterloo Videographer. WLOO is hiring part time advanced-level videographers to shoot sporting events and more! Videographer responsibilities include: • Filming video on set and on location. • Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots. • Setting up and taking down. • Editing footage after recording. • Adding graphics, closed captioning, and special effects. Videographers will have flexible weekdays and weekends. Applicants should be familiar with camera equipment, audio, and lighting; have experience using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Davinci Resolve; be willing to learn new things; have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle; work well with others. City of Waterloo Community Access TV Student Trainee. The Student Trainee primary duties will be to record municipal meetings and community and school events. Village of Cottage Grove Digital Media Coordinator. The Village of Cottage Grove (population 7,000) is accepting applications for the position of part-time Cable TV Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating the taping and airing of Village Board, Plan Commission and other Village meetings and programs as necessary and advises on the annual cable/public relations budget. It has limited responsibilities related to website maintenance. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in cable TV production. The position is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week, and requires a flexible schedule because of evening meetings. The starting hourly wage range is $18-$23.
