Kenosha Community Television celebrates Dr. Destruction’s induction into the Worldwide Horror Host Hall of Fame

Kenosha’s local horror host on PEG community TV, Dr. Destruction, (also known as Dale Wamboldt) was inducted into the Worldwide Television and Radio Horror Host Hall of Fame on July 21.

Wamboldt became a horror host for his show “Crimson Theater” in 2001 on Kenosha Community Television channel 14, and from 2002, the show ran also ran on Channel 14 on MATA Community Media in Milwaukee.

Dr. Destruction's Crimson Theater showcases old public domain horror movies with comical skits and interviews in between segments. His guests has ranged from local community leaders to artists and other horror hosts such as Dr. Cadavarino. Dr. Destruction also visits the Kenosha community by throwing out the first pitch at the Kenosha Kingfish baseball game, showcased the soup kitchen at the Shalom Center and even ran as a candidate for the Mayor of the City of Kenosha.
