Rice Lake Community Media recently upgraded their channel on one of the video service providers in the area to high definition. Celect Communications worked with RLCM to have Channel 993 broadcast with a full HD signal.
Rice Lake Community Media Executive Director James Wyngaard had been working with Mosaic and Celect Communications for just over a year to get the transition completed. Wyngaard said, “The process, while lengthy, turned out remarkably well. Customers of Mosaic/Celect Communications can now enjoy our broadcasts and recordings in the format which they were recorded – high definition.” He continued, “Working with Celect and their General Manager Mike DeMarce and Mosaic’s team led by Vice President of Marketing and Sales Jenifer Mason was streamlined and easy to complete.” Mason added, “We are more than happy to support your media partnership.”
With the addition of the HD component, Rice Lake Community Media continues to offer viewers and listeners 7 video ways and a low-power FM radio station to stay connected. On the video side, there are channels on 993 in HD on Mosaic/Celect Communications, 992 on Spectrum, over the top apps on AppleTV+, Roku, and Amazon Fire with assistance from Telvue, and our website at ricelaketv.com. RLCM also is included for tv customers who don’t use a set-top converter box on Celect’s own TV Anywhere app.
